about me

Product Design | Design Ops | Building Products

Phuong Le wearing a conical hat on a rooftop overlooking Hoi An's old town

Curious enough to question. Foolish enough to build.

Design came to me through a startup opportunity, but building is what made me stay.

In the early days, I built almost everything myself. I designed interfaces, worked with developers, talked to clients, and learned how products come to life beyond the screen.

The longer I worked in product design, the more I realized that great products are never built by design alone. They’re shaped by collaboration, shared understanding, and countless small decisions across a team. That’s what drew me toward building products, improving how teams work together, and creating environments where good design can thrive.

I believe great design comes from collaboration and continuous experimentation. And meaningful product thinking needs “materials of life” — drawing, traveling, meeting different people, and staying curious about the world. Those experiences quietly shape the decisions made on screen.

Most people call me Phuong Le — some call me Bifule. Both feel right. 😊
