Stories behind the products.

Every product has a story. Not every lesson comes from success.
Behind every product that reaches its users, there is always a story.
Most of the stories that get told are about success: products launching on schedule, positive growth metrics, users embracing the product, and teams feeling proud of what they have built. Everyone likes to share those moments.
But the reality of building products is not always like that.
Over the past few years, as I have worked on larger-scale products across different industries, I have realized that the hardest part is often not designing a beautiful screen or applying the right UX principle. Instead, it is about dealing with resource constraints, timelines, business priorities, collaboration across teams, and the countless trade-offs that need to be made to keep a product moving forward.
Some ideas were never built. Some features were launched but failed to create the impact we expected. Some projects stopped halfway through. And there are decisions that, looking back, I would make differently if I had more time or resources.
